[Feature Request] Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis / Abfall.io

Hi there, I tried to get the information for Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis with the wizard and with the hardcoded steps but I can't extract the necessary id for this district.

On Abfall.io it's listed so there must be another API implementation I think (maybe like in #193).

Could you assist for getting the right information?

If they use abfall.io just in an app (and not in the browser), I don't know a way to extract the required information so far. But I looks like they are using the same API as RH Entsorgung.de. You could try to use this as a template.
