Merge MagicEyes VRender3D and MP2520F SoC implementations
MagicEyes post-VRender0 SoCs all have reusable subdevice components. These implementation details can be moved into specific device containers, we currently have prototypes in:
By doing this we eventually achieve the goal of making additional chip support easy to configure (cfr. MagicEyes Pollux VR3520F used by GP2X Caanoo).

Looks like there are way more systems using [VRender3D based technology], there's a GamePark XGP prototype then 3+ Arcade variants codenamed "Hitbox2/3" then various PnP
