Apple II Mixed Mode Text Should Have Color Fringing

As I understand, the Apple II displays nice, clean monochrome text on a color TV by removing the colorburst from its output. However, this can only happen in text mode. It is too slow reacting to be possible in mixed mode (e.g. Ultima).

I'll double check, but I believe this is still a bug, albeit a fairly low impact one.
