Add translations for the Quit menu

Previous translations for "Are you sure you want to quit?" were moved over. Text for "Press X to quit" and "Press Y to return to emulation" were removed, since the new wording is simply "Quit" and "Return to emulation" and wouldn't translate exactly. Swedish and Japanese had already been converted, hence not included in this commit.
