Error during emscripten build: html-minifier-terser was not found!

I am trying to build a single driver with emscripten (on Debian 13):

sudo apt install npm llvm emscripten export EM_CONFIG=$HOME/.emscripten emmake make SUBTARGET=vet3000 SOURCES=src/mame/tms/vet3000.cpp REGENIE=1 WEBASSEMBLY=1

What emscripten version are you using? Version 3.1.35 is known to work.

What is in your config? And you don't need WEBASSEMBLY=1 presumably. I wasn't able to make it work with any after 3.1.35

I'm running emscripten version 3.1.69

The issue is the same regardless of setting WEBASSEMBLY=1 or not.

Try with 3.1.35, that should work. I haven't got any later versions working.
