Deal 'Em 2000 and Deal 'Em Again are currently undumped to the best of my knowledge. They run on the standard MPU4 Video hardware like The Crystal Maze SWPs, as opposed to the Zenitone 6845 based one in that last flyer.

Deal'Em lamping is a particular corner case for MAME - as the hardware was designed to be fit into a number of old MPU4 cabinets, there's a series of DIP Switches to change the lamp data to better fit the existing wiring in that cabinet. This means that a layout presuming one setting will be wrong in another. I think different settings may enable/disable different lamps according to what is present, and I don't know which settings is the 'preferred' option.

I see, but I added a lamp with a number to ensure which one is lit on the number. so look on the dip switch how does it get set to 5 or 8 pounds I know set to 4 pounds.
so look at the MPU4 field service manual there were 127 lamps
