Information in package description column does not always match the installed package version's description

Problem

In the image below, the installed version is 4.4.10 but the description notes Jupyterlab 4.5.0:

After looking into this more, it looks like this was a result of the channel that the package is being pulled in from. However, I did notice that the summary field was being used rather than the description field so I will go ahead an update to fit the description in the package row as this is what our column indicates it provides and the description field tends to be more helpful.

Given this, I think we can try to incorporate these changes in 6.1.0 but I don't think it's as urgent so I went ahead and bumped it.
