The buttons are unclickable

I have got a very weird behavior when loading the yii-debug-toolbar. It shows the button on the top right but I cannot click anything on the toolbar, even expand it to see the components. I am using Yiistrap with it. What can I do to make this work?

Could you please check JS console? Maybe some JS conflicts?

I have the same issue, and there is no any error or information in browser console, and I tried in chrome and firefox, are same :(
