Fyi selecting a screen/window should now be possible on Wayland, still not on X11.
To test it you would have to build manually on the master branch. Or you wait a few days until I release the changes.
To uninstall, run `sudo xargs rm -f
Just install it from the official repositories: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/xdg-desktop-portal-gtk/

Oh damn, didn't realize there was a difference between `xdg-desktop-portal-gtk` and `xdg-desktop-portal-gnome`. Thanks a lot @BulletBlaster and @luke876 for helping here.
So basically an option to stream the whole desktop audio minus Discord itself?
Using [qt6ct](https://github.com/trialuser02/qt6ct) and [kvantum](https://github.com/tsujan/Kvantum), everything works perfect with qt6.  Still weird that it doesn't work with the KDE settings menu and you have to use qt6ct though.
I also have this problem, but would like to add that this only occurs for me when running `next dev`. When I do `next build && next start`, everything works...
