added historical Macromedia DCR format support

I added support for Adobe Director .DCR files, useful for new media archivists who embed this obsolete media to show interactive work from the mid-90s. I'm sure someone else will find it useful, and I will tweet a link to the original jquery.media if you choose to merge my change.
