Photo upload not working for some phone when i make it as targetsdklevel 29

I'm facing this issue for some of the phones like a moto and one plus cannot able to take a picture and upload please give me any solution for that app is in release mode I'm stuck with this issue

@pratibhahg I used this forked repo because this one is currently unmaintained.
