-t option not working during the correct step

Hi, I am facing some weird behavior in the correct module.

The command:

ragtag.py correct GCF_003253775.1_ASM325377v1_genomic.fna contigs.fasta -t 40 -u -o corrected_reads

Is not using the threads Screen Shot 2022-10-19 at 10 41 09
