Prepare for submission to kodi repo

In preparation to submit RCB to the Kodi repo, I registered at Codacy and let it do a code check. As expected it was not very happy :)

Right now: 971 issues.

Most of it are minor issues like trailing whitespaces, unused imports etc. Others may need some more attention.

I started to reformat the code to get rid of the trailing whitespaces.
