Remove the option for specifying multidisk naming format per collection and use regex for common patterns

I imagine most multidisk games would use a standard of Disk 1, Disk 1 of 2, Disc 1, etc. If this was automatically detected, one of the settings could be removed, along with the potential for the user to mistype the format (and blame RCB when it doesn't work).

As it stands, the current format asks the user to specify a regex anyway which is slightly confusing for novice users.
