OctoPrint-SpoolManager is currently the best spool manager I found and I agree that having a cost estimator would be quite helpful for it.

Good news: All you have to do is to update to this fork: https://github.com/OllisGit/OctoPrint-CostEstimation

In fact, that's the official fork that Octoprint should use right now, you should have a notification from octoprint to switch to it.
