Idea: Cost for night & Day

I don't know if it could be usefull for someone else, but i have to energy cost for my electricity, one for day and one for night.

And the time when it switch is not fix, so the idea is to have :

• Day start | day stop | price kWH
• Night start | night stop | price kWh

Do you think it could be done and usefull ?
