Fix the width of the malloy file pane so it doesn't resize with the window

What happens?

I commonly resize the window to see more results and have to move the divider between the malloy file and results back to where it was - because it moves with the window, when resized. Lets fix the width of the malloy file area if we can - so the only thing that resizes is the results area.

To Reproduce

open a malloy file, run a query, then resize the window to see how it moves this divider.
