Fix visual hierarchy in main window (home / dataset / query) and breadcrumbs

Things are feeling unclear about the hierarchy of the UI... Lets rework things so it's super simple. (Might involve removing sidebar, or creating more clear "content" areas to browse, and breadcrumbs that communicate the hierarchy correctly)
