Regal naming convention

Just a note to suggest naming the Regal libs as regal32.dll on Windows, to correspond to the opengl32.dll naming scheme. Not a big deal, if there is some other scheme you want to stick to.

I've been thinking about that, and might consider it... it's funny though as OpenGL32.com from my system32 is really 64-bit bit, and the one from SysWow64 is 32-bit (still named opengl32.dll)

Fair enough. I'm not arguing that it's a good or wise convention. :-) We'd like to encourage middleware to add a path for regal32.dll in preference to, or as an alternative to opengl32.dll. (Such as GLEW) That's our motivation for asking.
