Can't find any documentation

I would like to change the keyboard layout to dvorak but can't find out how to do it...

So...this project is more than 10 years old... but the only documentation I can find is in scattered blog posts that give a few examples on using gsettings via command line. I would expect there to be real documentation - but I can't find it. Not on the official home page, nor in the packages doc directory.

So my request is: please link the current documentation in the README.md, so it is easy to find. If it does not exist: please write it.

BTW: I found a Settings menu item in the application - saddly it does nothing :(.

Maybe the Wiki could be turned on, so that people can contribute their own findings ?
