Provide additional characters on (unused) extended

Currently, it is often required to switch to the special characters pages.

For example, on a DE keyboard in Android I have these extended:

  • d → €
  • f → %
  • g → &
  • h → -
  • j → +
  • k → (
  • l → )
  • y → *
  • x → "
  • c → '
  • v → :
  • b → ;
  • n → !
  • m → ?
