Plugin breaks twitter bootstrap carousel

Hello I want to use plugin with twitter bootstrap carousel and it worked fine, i use wordpress roots starter theme. And when i just copy and paste twitter bootstrap carousel after click on menu link its just disappear. How can i fix that ?? any help ?

I had the same issue, and found out I was using the same class name to highlight the menu that bootstrap uses on the carousel: active. Try using a different class name like highlightClass:"highlight-menu"
