Does this not work with the "textarea" tag?

I added it for the "textarea" tag as well, but it does not render the scrollbar. Is this a mistake for everyone? Or just me? I added for "div" and it works. You can see this strip. There is a "textarea" window next to it and it doesn't work there. 2021-03-09 05_37_49-Document
