documentTouchScroll is not working?

Hi, thnx for great plugin 👍

Please, can you explain how does "documentTouchScroll" parameter works?

I've got horisontal scrollbar with images. But I can't scroll page verticaly if I start to scoll it from image in scrollbar. I thought that parameter "documentTouchScroll" = true can solve this problem, but not.

So should it or not? Thnx.
