While generating key for the api which region have you selected and were you calling to westus.api or india.api ?? << while generating keys >> @Abhishek-dev2

It's saying no resource found. You need to create a resource (API) at this link " https://portal.azure.com/#home", it will provide a key and endpoint URL. copy and paste them in your code at respective points.
