Added Swift Package Manager support

Adde SPM support via Package.swift Removed Tests.xcodeproj now you can test with just swift test to generate xcodeproject for a library use swift package generate-xcodeproj Updated Podspec source but not sure how to update to so that tests would work with pods has not checked if Podspec is working ok
