What license is the book under?

Dear all,

What an excellent resource! I'm making some open educational materials on formal theory which touch upon causal inference, and I would like to base some examples on the book so that students can easily go there if they want to get more in depth on causal inference. However, I noticed that there is no license associated with the book. Would you consider adding a LICENSE file so that others know if and how they can use the book?

Best, Caspar

cool! I'll have to check with our editor re: which file, but Hadley was able to use CC-A-4.0, so I would assume we can do that one. In the meantime, you have our permission to use the examples and the data are openly available

We are now following that license as well as MIT for the book's code. You can see details on the front page of the book website as soon as the linked PR is done rendering
