Automating {pkg} styling

We should decide if we want to use the {pkg} style for referring to R package names or not. If we do, we should automate the styling with a combo of renv::dependendencies() and a Lua filter for the Quarto side (as discussed in #189). If we don't, we should clear out the current usages of this style.
