Generating and parsing floating point is non-trivial, so tagging as "help wanted"
Although v0.6.0 contains our own flavor of `is_constructible`, there seems to be a glitch. Current theory is that `-fpermissive` GCC flag results in `is_constructible` indicating `true` way too often.
