Doxygen: Script and Infrastructure

Needed is an automated Doxygen script to scoop up what is mentioned in .h, .hpp and .cpp files.

The actual content of aforementioned files - how much or how little Doxygen comments are present - is outside the scope of this issue.

Desired output is Markdown so as to augment/replace existing docs folder content

HTML output is welcome also
