Bad error handling with switchmap

Not bot's fault. Rcon doesn't give back a false when it should.

This is going to be a wontfix from the Pavlov devs it seems. Maybe we need to have that response say that it was submitted to server (but it may or may not do it). Could perhaps sanity check that it is in UGC########## (10 digit string) or a known alias and complain if not.

Submitted a PR that should fix this bug/issue. EDIT: Seems to be a issue that is truly unfixable on our end.
