Hello, what is ner_text data? It's better to export JSON in LS native format and write the converter by yourself, it should be pretty easy if you are familiar with...

Try to run LS this way: ``` label-studio --port 8090 ```

Another idea - you firewall blocks the connection. Try to run terminal as administrator, then run LS.

are you talking about Brush labeling (with BrushLabels tag)? What export format do you use?
