FAB not moving on slow scroll

I have a scrollview and whenever I scroll really slow the FAB won't disappear or reappear. (Tested on a Motorola moto G [4.4.4] and ZTE Blade [4.0.4]). Couldn't find a thread with the same issue so I post it here!

I have same problem (Im attaching FAB to RecyclerView), using last version (1.3.0)
