missing SPENCER packages

Thanks for contribution. When I ran "roslaunch snn_launchers lobby.launch", I found that this project missed SPENCER packages , including spencer_description, spencer_control and spencer _navigation. Where can I get these files ? or what functions do these packages realize (I want to replace these packages for other robots)?
