Allow forEachLimit again, but keep a consistent container order
This relates to outputting N lines and updating them as and when (captured elsewhere I think?); the only reason I took the async out was to keep the print order the same.
#6 now implemented so this can start to be done; only issue is of course dependencies starting in the correct order
