slowCmd now accepts arguments in %d1 sdCardInit now sends CMD8 before initialising, and sends ACMD41 with arguments letting the SD card know we support SDHC cards sdReadBlocks checks the card type and converts the address accordingly, it also handles any errors and breaks out early
