Impossible to build or flash by current readme

Cant build project with arduino IDE. Default way cause tons of errors. Another way with "esp8266 core libs" replacement is no covered well at all. Im not familiar with arduino and really dont understand how to do it.

Also "from scratch" flashing of binary is not described. Im really dont understand from what address im must flash the prebuilt *.bin file. And i havent MKS TFT to flash thru update.

Please help, cause seems no one in community dont know this.
