MKS V1.0 doesnt do anything

The only way my 3D Printer turns on is when I connect it with USB to my computer. When I connect it to the 12V from the power supply, it doesn't turn on. I disconnected everything from the board, and then tried the 12V again, but it still doesn't turn on.

I have been using the printer for a couple of years without problem, and all of a sudden this happened right before doing a print...

A couple weeks ago I had to resolder the 12V header to the board, because the solders on the underside had come off of the board, but it worked fine after that.

I checked the board again for burns or loose connections of components but I don't see anything wrong physically.
