MKS PI-TS35 Wrong dimensions

I went by the dimensions in the pdf for the PI-TS35 screen and the cutout for the screen was too small. I measured it and it was about 56.5 x 86.1mm. also the mounting holes don't line up perfectly

edit: mounting holes are perfect
