J18 pinout uses? In nano Robin 1.2

Hi there!! I was wondering, the Nano Robin 1.2 has these J18 pinouts (on the bottom of the wifi connector). They seems to be some kind of USB pinuot connection. Is that right? Can be used to connect a USB pendrive? Or webcam? Raspberry Pi connection? Thanks!!
