restart if heatbed is on

My board robin mini, 12v 10a power supply .I am getting strange problem.If i start preheat heat bed option or using heat bed my printer gets restart. Without using heat bed it starts print.Please help me

heat bed is small 160 by 160 mm

I think this is due to insufficient power supply, causing the motherboard to restart
