Robin Nano ERR 7

Sapphire PRO shows ERR7 and stops printing. I hapens on every print after an hour or more. Anyone having the same expirience.

This is the reason for temperature protection. You can try to modify the following values.

So if understand correctly ERR 7 is hot end theraml protection, ERR 6 is bed thermal protection

Please check if the thermal interface is shorted. Err3: The hot bed exceeds the minimum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is disconnected; Err4: The nozzle exceeds the minimum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is disconnected; Err5: The nozzle fails to heat up. If the nozzle does not reach the set temperature difference within the set time, an error is reported; please check the configuration file or check whether the power supply is sufficient; Err6: The heating of the hot bed fails. If the hot bed reaches the set temperature difference within the set time, an error is reported; please check the configuration file or check whether the power supply is sufficient; Err7: Thermal runaway; when the temperature rises to the target temperature, the current temperature is lower than the target temperature value within the set time and the error is exceeded; please check if the thermal is normal or the PID value is correct.

Check also wire connectors on a board. Just pull gently wires (both - heating bed and hot end wires) I saw ERR7 often when I have had loose connection. Connectors installed on the board suck.

I am getting err3 when my nozzle hits a certain temperature. But the thread says it's a hotbed issue. Why is this

I keep getting error 7 and 5 and I have already put the watch period for those errors up to 400 and it's still failing hours into the print

In my case, The thermocouple in the hotend was loose, end then I discovered that the cable was exposed, possible intermittent connection. My advice is to replace the thermocouple.
