Instructions to update firmware via j-link / ST-Link / USB?

Hi.

Is there an easy way to update the firmware without having to use the sd-card? Ideally via USB, or ST-Link? I don't always have physical access to my printer, so would be nice to be able to update the firmware remotely, given it's always attached via USB.
