Hotbed mosfet stuck on

Hello,

I have had a board for about a month and just last night, the hotbed mosfet is in a stuck on state.

I have powered the board on and then off 2 times as well as pressed the reset button.

What other troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve.

Additionaly, what is an appropriate part number for the mosfet? I am able to remove and re-solder a new one.

The boards firmware is klipper.

Hello, the model of the mos tube can be selected as HY3403
