configaration file not updating

Hi recently i have purchased Robin nano V3.1 board wit TS35 screen. I have successfully updated boot loader . updated Assets folder Robin_nano_v3.bin file also using pen drive . Then i start machine and motor direction was wrong, so i have change that in configuration. h file using Visual Studio code. and again i have updated Assets folder Robin_nano_v3.bin int board, the file change to .cur but motor direction not changed. I did this lot of time but no use. I have a doubt now,

  1. if i done any modification in configuration.h then how it will update in Robin_nano_v3.bin file?
  2. Do i need upload configuration.h also? any particular name should be there? like Robin_nano_v3config something?
  3. Or please let me know if anything else rather then this

I uploaded assets, Robin_nano_v3.bin, Configuration.h via USB. after update assets changed "_assets" and Robin_nano_v3.bin changed to " Robin_nano_v3.bin.cur". nothing happening "Configuration.h"
