Robin Nano v3.1 Build Issue

My head is getting tired of knocking it on the friggen wall.... for the life of me I cannot figure out this damn error.

I have tried so many different ways to fix it and nothing is getting rid of the NOT DECLARED IN THIS SCOPE... Ive searched the declaration and found it. it's there... just not working. What am I doing wrong and where can I fix this.
