Marlin 2.1.2 and Robin Nano v3.1 Failed to Build

I'm trying to get Marlin 2.1-bugfix to work on Robin Nano v3.1 but it won't compile. Clean Marlin download from marlinfw.org with only MOTHERBOARD set to BOARD_MKS_ROBIN_NANO_V3_1 and nothing else modified. I'm getting this error from PlatformIO :

The build fails in default_envs mks_robin_nano_v3_1_usb_flash_drive_msc and mks_robin_nano_v3_1_usb_flash_drive , but succeeded in mks_robin_nano_v3_1

I'm not sure what difference does the build environments make, but I presume a build in *_flash_drive_msc environment is required to be able to use the USB Host Function?

Dear MKS. It looks like USB problem. Could you be so kind and take advice how to resolve it?
