Unable to scroll screen while tuning

HELLO THERE! We are facing issue with our machine while PID tuning. Using MKS Robin Nano V3.1 TFT TS35 display

Facing issue with the TFT screen we are unable to scroll the screen while PID tuning after giving the required commands. To check the latest PID values I need to scroll down and update the new values, I require to tune my printer could you please support.

I believe there is no way to scroll the result. I got the PID value by connecting the motherboard using a USB cable and got the reading.
