Does not print from micro sd card, and WIFI not working

I'm not able to print any file that I have sliced in CURA by SD card, if I connect via USB it works normally, and along with that the WIFI is not working either, I configure it however when I click on wifi to see the IP and configure in CURE it appears the following message "The wifi modules has being configured. plese wait a moment..." and it stays in this message forever, I've left Hours on to see if it changed and continues on the same screen, in the advanced WIFI configuration, I put the STA mode, the SSID and password, and it still doesn't work
