how do I set a pin state?

how do I set a pin state through the terminal? I'm trying to get my mks-pi to work with openHAB and I need to set it with a shell command or whatever. wiringpi, pigpiod, raspi-gpio are not available for this distro. Also, how do I get a pin number? I read that 1_C7 is pin 23, but what does that even mean and how can I get the pin numbers of all the other pins? all the pins are unnamed, why? why is this information not made readily available?
